Flight Booking & Carriage Policy

TRIP2GOGLOBAL LTD (Co. No. 17326560)

Effective Date: July 2026 | Airline Ticket Terms

This policy applies to flight reservations arranged through TRIP2GOGLOBAL LTD. When an airline ticket is issued, the operating carrier is responsible for carriage, and TRIP2GOGLOBAL LTD acts as your booking agent.

Carrier Contract

Your ticket creates a binding contract of carriage with the operating airline. TRIP2GOGLOBAL LTD acts as your booking agent.

Reconfirm Schedules

Passengers must check outbound and return flight times at least 72 hours before travel.

Arrive Early

International check-in must be completed at least 2 to 3 hours prior to departure.

No-Show Risk

Missing an outbound leg causes operating airlines to automatically cancel remaining sectors, including return flights.

1. Check-In & Boarding Deadlines

Airlines enforce strict check-in, baggage drop, security, and gate closure deadlines. TRIP2GOGLOBAL LTD cannot override carrier decisions if a passenger arrives late.

International Flights Arrive and complete check-in at least 120-180 minutes prior to departure.
Domestic/Regional Flights Arrive at the airport at least 90 minutes before scheduled takeoff.
Boarding Gate Closure Many carriers close boarding gates 45 minutes prior to departure; late arrival is treated as a no-show.

2. Flight Reconfirmation & Schedule Changes

Airlines reserve the right to modify flight times, aircraft types, flight numbers, or routing for operational reasons. Passengers are responsible for monitoring schedule updates.

Outbound Reconfirmation Verify flight status 72 hours before departure on official airline websites.
Return Sector Reconfirmation Reconfirm return flights 72 hours prior to departure, especially when traveling across time zones.
Contact Accuracy Maintain updated email and telephone details on your booking file to receive airline notices.

3. E-Tickets & Passport Name Accuracy

Passenger names on tickets must match passport spellings exactly. Minor spelling discrepancies can result in denied boarding or airline ticket reissue fees.

Name Verification Verify spellings, middle names, titles, dates of birth, and passport numbers prior to payment.
Name Corrections Post-issuance name amendments depend on carrier policies and may require purchasing a new ticket.
Document Delivery Electronic tickets (e-tickets) are dispatched upon cleared payment and airline confirmation.

4. Baggage Allowances & Damaged Luggage

Baggage allowances vary by carrier, cabin class, route, and fare family (e.g. Economy Saver vs Flex).

Cabin vs Checked Baggage Review baggage dimensions and weight limits specified on your e-ticket receipt.
Lost or Damaged Luggage File a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) with airport ground staff before exiting the arrivals hall.
Restricted Goods Do not carry hazardous materials, lithium batteries, or prohibited items in checked or cabin luggage.

5. Pregnancy, Medical & Special Assistance

Carrier regulations for expectant mothers, mobility assistance, medical equipment, and special meals differ by airline.

Pregnancy Limits Expectant mothers may require a medical fit-to-fly certificate after 28 weeks of pregnancy.
Special Requests Wheelchair and dietary requests should be submitted at booking. Final approval rests with the operating carrier.

6. Airline Cancellations & Force Majeure

Carriers may adjust flights due to weather, air traffic control, security, strikes, or technical reasons.

If a carrier cancels a flight, TRIP2GOGLOBAL LTD will assist in obtaining the carrier's remedy (rebooking, travel credit, or refund). We are not liable for consequential losses such as unused hotels or ground transfers.
